The head of one of Australia’s preeminent real estate workflow firms has secured a podium position in the country’s who’s-who list for enterprise solutions businesses.
Excel Australasia’s managing director, Ken Williams, has taken out third position in the ProPrint Power 50 for 2017, a ranking that recognises the key innovators and influencers in the Australian print industry.
Mr Williams said that the accolade is an apt endorsement of the work Excel Australasia is doing in “pioneering a pathway into new customer outcomes”.
He is humbled by the result, he also said.
“I am thrilled to be recognised in this elite group of publishers,” Mr Williams said.
“To be recognised in the top 50 influencers and innovators and to be placed third is a privileged position to be in.”
Mr Williams added that since the National Print Awards were established in 1984, the print and communications landscape has changed almost beyond recognition.
“Yet print continues to be an effective and much-loved medium,” the managing director said.
He said that being recognised means that Excel is now internationally known for excellence in a changing environment.
“This award recognises the dedication of taking the print industry from online to offline with the use of diverse software and print assets.
“The team at Excel are highly dedicated in their specialised technology and publishing expertise.”
Excel Australasia works with franchise groups and boutique brands providing bespoke marketing and technology.
It provides a customised marketing ordering and publishing platform.
Mr Williams said that the Excel business is built on three pillars.
“The pillars are, firstly, customer service, then innovation and print — each of which gives the company both sustainability and growth.”
