One of the newest but most high-profile brands on the eastern seaboard, The Agency is on the move again, this time planting a seed in the fertile Sydney northern beaches market by recruiting two of the biggest names in the Manly/Seaforth/Balgowlah region.
The rising network has signed David Rothschild and Lincoln McCarthy to service the premium property markets across Sydney’s northern beaches.
The Agency CEO Matt Lahood said that the signing is a terrific start to the new year.
“To have someone of David Rothschild’s calibre and experience join us is invaluable,” Mr Lahood said.
“David’s market knowledge in the broader Seaforth area is unparalleled, and in my view, he is one of the most experienced negotiators in Sydney. And when it comes to Lincoln McCarthy, well, he is one of the future superstars of real estate, in my opinion.”
Mr Rothschild has specialised in the market from Seaforth and Clontarf to Balgowlah Heights, Fairlight and Manly over his extensive career, transacting in excess of $750 million in local residential sales.
He said that he is enthusiastic about his and Mr McCarthy’s move to the new brand.
“Both Lincoln and I come from diverse business backgrounds and we will use our wealth of knowledge to help us present the very best solutions possible for our clients,” Mr Rothschild said.
“The road ahead is an exciting one. In joining The Agency, we have the opportunity to reach our own potential and deliver life-changing results to our clients.
“The Agency’s innovative systems and new approach to selling and listing real estate translate into real value for the client by removing unnecessary red tape.”
Mr McCarthy called the move a new beginning.
“With this new beginning, our renewed focus will be to deliver six-star service and enable our clients to access the new age of transacting real estate,” Mr McCarthy said.
“As David and I are business partners, we will deliver a cross-plinth of hyper market knowledge, systems and a tenacious approach that will allow the client to dock in and access the benefits.”
