Stone Real Estate has struck another significant stroke in its market share drive, recruiting an elite Sydney agent who has decided to join the rising boutique after more than two decades with another well-known brand.
Award-winning residential agent Heidi King has joined Stone as the principal of the Castlecrag office on Sydney’s north shore, bringing more than two decades of experience with her.
Ms King said that opening the new Stone office was “exactly” her idea of progressing.
“The market wants a new and modern brand,” Ms King said.
“People buy brands and brands are what bring the market to you. Stone Real Estate is a bespoke boutique agency and it puts so much more behind you.”
Ms King said that she was sold on Stone’s points of difference.
“You can walk into any Stone office and look at any property and have any agent working you on a collective basis,” she said.
“Nobody is fighting each other. A Stone agent is always working for you no matter whether you are the vendor or the buyer.
“Working with Stone will bring the people I work with, from vendors to agents and staff, so much more and especially in marketing value.”
Ms King added that she is excited about the next phase of her career.
“I’m so delighted to be moving forward with the Stone brand and be giving back to the Castlecrag area.
“I’m still servicing all my valued clients that have given me so much and still able to give back to them.”
Ms King has accumulated a collection of awards across her 25-year career, including Most Outstanding Real Estate Agency in 2014, life and platinum life membership of the LJ Hooker Captains Club and the silver medal Champion Salesperson for LJ Hooker Castlecrag in multiple years.
Stone Real Estate Castlecrag will cover Willoughby, Northbridge, Artarmon, Castlecrag, Castle Cove, Middle Cove, Willoughby East and North Willoughby.
