One of Australia’s most well-established networks has announced the winner of its recent digital initiative — so successful it attracted 112 million unique impressions to the campaign.

Elders Real Estate has announced that Anthony Simmons of Mildura in Victoria is the winner of its Win a Holiday campaign. The campaign ran throughout spring and provided potential clients the opportunity to win a holiday to the value of $15,000.

The campaign ran across REA and Plista platforms as well as through a targeted lead ad pilot on Facebook and Google.

The campaign received 97,000 click-throughs, 86,000 webpage views and more than 2,000 additional appraisals.

Elders Real Estate agent Lukas Pedder conducted the winning appraisal in Mildura and said that the campaign generated numerous appraisal opportunities and enquiries.

“From the success of the campaign, we now have four additional properties under management, listed one, and about five others are in the pipeline to come to market.”

Elders Real Estate marketing manager Belinda Connor said that the campaign highlighted Elders’s digital capabilities.

“We have some exciting initiatives in the pipeline which will build on our campaign foundations, offering clients great incentive,” Ms Connor said.

“As we all know, consumers are searching online for their new home, researching their agent and making decisions based on information available on digital platforms.”

She said that, according to REA, 86 per cent of potential buyers use the web as their main search tool for property.

“This is significant and it demonstrates where our industry is heading,” the marketing manager said.
