On the back of a significant year of growth, one of the most entrenched real estate brands in Australia has deepened its footprint in the state of Queensland.
Elders Real Estate has opened in Beenleigh, located halfway between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
The office will be headed up by Mark, Debra and Jess Affleck, who have experience and networks throughout the Logan area.
Jess Affleck said that the move was a natural progression for the three of them.
“We’ve enjoyed our time with the Elders network for the past eight years with Elders’ Shailer Park office, so there was no hesitation in continuing our real estate journey into Beenleigh and surrounding areas,” Ms Affleck said.
“We bring a high level of commitment, experience and a professional attitude.”
Ms Affleck said that Beenleigh and surrounding areas offer great lifestyle opportunities.
“From the old charm and romance of a classic Queenslander to a modern town house through to acreage and suburban blocks.”
State franchise manager for Elders Real Estate in Queensland Colin Hawkins said that 2017 was a year of growth for the brand.
“With the company expanding through 12 new locations and welcoming 418 new employees... this year is no exception, with the first new office for the year opening on 1 February in Beenleigh.”
He added that 2018 is likely to be the same, and the new office sets a good precedent for the year ahead.
“It offers a unique blend of very experienced real estate professionals and creative marketing specialists,” Mr Hawkins said.
“We’re excited to expand our presence within the area.”
Mr Hawkins also said that Beenleigh is “quickly” becoming an action hub within the region.
In the first 18 days of 2018, Elders had sold 146 properties nationally for more than $60 million. It had also listed 549 new properties.
