One of the country’s most aggressive niche brands has revealed plans to expand from its current stronghold in Victoria into both NSW and Queensland.
Adam Flynn, director of Biggin & Scott Knox and sub-franchisor of Biggin & Scott South Eastern, said that Biggin & Scott, founded by Kevin Biggin more than 100 years ago, has established itself as a leader in the Victorian property market.
He said that, with over 35 offices currently in operation, the group’s business model is “proven popular” within the industry.
Its “robust” training platforms and “innovative” marketing campaigns set the network apart, the director added.
“We are excited to be Victoria’s fastest growing real estate network and our move national is the next logical step in the evolution of Biggin & Scott,” Mr Flynn said.
CEO of Biggin & Scott corporate Paul Stoner said that the time is right for the group to expand.
“We have been fielding enquiries for a number of years and are now in a position, with our digital platform and infrastructure, to scale into other states and take advantage of the great foundations we’ve established in Victoria,” Mr Stoner said.
“Franchisee recruitment will be selective, with only those who embrace the network’s values of being community-minded, professional, responsible and embracing strong family values being considered.”
The group is targeting to have 25 offices operating outside of Victoria within the next five years.
