One of Australia’s largest networks has teamed up with two local agents from one of South Sydney’s most prominent areas known for its premium properties, to open a new office in the area.
Steven Beattie and Maurice Maroon will open an office in South Hurstville.
The two have worked together for seven years and have gained a reputation for selling waterfront properties with “record-breaking results”.
Mr Beattie believes that the key to the duo’s success is their connection to the community.
“We’re two 30-something principals who have spent their entire careers in Hurstville. We sponsor the local football team, drink coffee in the local cafes, eat in the restaurants. People know us, and I think that’s really important,” the agent said.
The two co-principals of the new Ray White office believe that the strength of the national brand will complement their local focus and invite new customers through their doors.
“Although we service high-end premium properties, we want to broaden our appeal to apartments, villas and town houses. This stock is growing in this area, and we’d like to attract these customers. The brand recognition of Ray White is key to accessing new markets,” Mr Beattie said.
Ray White NSW metro markets CEO Andrew Crauford welcomed Mr Beattie and Mr Maroon to the family.
“It’s so good to have talented people like Steven and Maurice join Ray White. They have a genuine passion for their clients and bring with them a local reputation for excellence,” Mr Crauford said.
“Our group’s continued growth is a tremendous compliment to both The White Family and our existing members, and we’re thrilled to welcome Steven and Maurice knowing they’ll each add further fresh ideas and energy to the brand in the St George region.”
