One accelerating agency is opening its fifth office in the City of Knox in just three years, as part of its rapid expansion strategy to dominate the area.

Biggin & Scott Knox has opened an office in Ferntree Gully to compliment the ones in Boronia, Wantirna, Rowville and Bayswater.

Biggin & Scott Knox was established in 2012 by directors Adam Flynn and Danelle Hunter and is part of the Biggin & Scott network.

Mr Flynn is an award-winning agent, investor and auctioneer who developed the $1M Agent system, which is designed to take a novice agent to writing approximately $1 million within 12 months.

The duo credit the system for their agency’s 700 per cent growth, and the latest office will be their fifth and will service the Ferntree Gully marketplace.

“We are extremely excited about the opening of our fifth office within Knox, as the Ferntree Gully marketplace represents a strong market with good growth,” director Adam Flynn said.

Managing director Ms Hunter believes that Ferntree Gully will only grow more popular as buyers are priced out of the inner city.

“The Biggin & Scott Knox team are delighted to have expanded into Ferntree Gully as we believe it’s an area that is certainly on its way up. It’s the perfect place for families and there’s a real buzz about the community,” the MD said.

The latest opening follows on from a busy 12 months for the agency where they became a winner in the 2017 REIV Contribution to Community Award and a finalist in the Large Residential Agency of the Year Award, alongside other accolades.
