One rising network in Melbourne has opened an office in one of the city’s fastest growing suburbs as part of its development strategy for the year ahead.

Buxton has opened a new office in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs to sell top-end homes to the local community.

Leading agents William Chen and Anton Zhouk have been announced as the directors of the new office, and Buxton CEO Nathan Jones said that he was thrilled to have the pair on board.

“It is a testament to our reputation that we are able to attract agents of William and Anton’s calibre, who provide the highest level of customer service with an exceptional integrity that aligns with Buxton’s core values,” Mr Jones said.

Mr Chen, formerly with Jellis Craig, has lived and worked in the Balwyn area for the past 10 years and is looking forward to joining Buxton.

“Buxton is a quality boutique brand with a reputation built around integrity that aligns with my core values as an agent,” Mr Chen said.

Alongside Mr Chen is Mr Zhouk who has specialised in prestige homes and luxury developments in Boroondara.

Mr Zhouk said that he is excited to see what himself and Mr Chen can achieve together.

“Due to our past experience, William and I have seen what’s worked well and what can be improved, which is a huge benefit moving forward,” Mr Zhouk said.

“We intend to bring this knowledge and experience together in order to bring our clients and team the best of both worlds, to create an incredible environment and culture and provide our clients with an unforgettable buying and selling experience.”

Buxton is a specialist in selling top-end homes, Mr Zhouk said, which is what he wants to establish for his area.

“Buxton is a strong, premium brand that is a market leader in many of the areas that it services, in particular, specialising in selling top-end homes across Bayside, which is what we are looking to establish in the Boroondara market,” Mr Zhouk said.
