A niche agency has made three high-profile hires to open its newest office in a growing market in Sydney’s northwest.
Stone Real Estate is opening an office in The Hills with ex-Century 21 agents Jane Booty and Tony Didd.
Ms Booty and Mr Didd have been at Century 21 for over 20 years and in that time have reportedly sold over $1 billion worth of property in Sydney.
Ms Booty said that their experience and Stone Real Estate can help them serve all residents in The Hills.
“There is no doubt that Stone Real Estate’s business model will allow us to create the agency I have always wanted to build and go to the heights I know we can,” Ms Booty said.
“Stone is unique in that they are industry leaders in giving real estate teams the chance to prosper in ways I have not been able to in the past.”
Adding weight to Ms Booty’s team will be former GM of Century 21 Australasia, Paul Mylott.
Mr Mylott will be the new general manager of Stone Real Estate The Hills after an almost 20-year-long career at Century 21.
Stone Real Estate Group head of franchise Luke Cameron said that the new appointments were enormous success for the agency.
“Having people of Paul Mylott and Jane Booty’s calibre joining Stone Real Estate is virtually unheard of for an emerging boutique brand,” Mr Cameron said.
The Hills district has undergone a multitude of changes in 20 years, from the first days of subdivision to luxury homes and is now seeing a return to the former, Ms Booty said.
“We’ve just recently sold almost 180 units in two different complexes off the plan, which is the same sort of selling we were doing when we first started here over 20 years ago, only back then it was house and land designs,” Ms Booty said.
Regardless of what homes she is selling, Ms Booty said she just wants to be able to give the best service to residents.
“I’m looking forward to being able to offer the best tools and systems to our agents which in turn will improve our service to all Hills residents,” the agent said.
