A Sydney-based agency has made a new hire in its North Shore office to better position the office moving forward.
Di Jones Real Estate has continued its new appointments with the hiring of sales agent Katheryn Purdy.
Ms Purdy will join the Wahroonga team after a stint as senior sales executive at Chadwick Real Estate.
Di Jones’ CEO, Rob Ward, said that Katheryn’s negotiating skills would position her well in the area.
“A specialist in the St Ives area, Katheryn is a strong negotiator with a passion for providing exceptional client service.
“Katheryn is highly skilled at creating strategic sales and marketing campaigns to suit the specific needs of her clients. She strives for excellence in everything she does and inspires confidence and trust,” Mr Ward said.
Mr Ward said that Ms Purdy’s career in property had helped her develop skills and a reputation in the area she would be representing.
“With eight years’ experience in the property industry, Katheryn’s developed an intimate understanding of the real estate process from end to end and has built a stellar reputation in the Upper North Shore area,” Mr Ward said.
Ms Purdy’s previous career experience was also an asset for Di Jones, the CEO said, as it had equipped her with different skills as well.
“She also draws on the skills she developed during a successful career as an international and local buyer for big brands such as David Jones, OPSM and Big W before her transition to real estate,” the CEO said.
Ms Purdy is the latest hire for Di Jones, which has expanded beyond its initial Sydney eastern suburbs offices.
The agency’s flagship store in Woollahra is now joined by Wahroonga, Beecroft and Bowral in the Southern Highlands.
