An exclusive social media platform has proven to be a success for the Raine & Horne network, allowing it to significantly increase its online presence.
Raine & Horne launched Amplify, a social media platform for reaching active and passive buyers, in February this year.
The software, from Danish company CCT, uses social channels including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ad and LinkedIn for commercial property.
In three months, over 1,000 listings across the network have used Amplify, said the executive chairman of the Raine & Horne Group, Angus Raine.
“The results have been exceptional. The average reading time is more than two minutes, and the click-through rate is 12 per cent, compared with a real estate industry average of 1 per cent,” he said.
More importantly, over eight million Aussies have been exposed to the brand and over one million have reviewed a property on the Raine & Horne website, Mr Raine noted.
“Amplify is proving to be a real game-changer for our network as the process is seamless,” Mr Raine said.
The agency has plans to expand Amplify to all listings throughout the brand as the program is easy to use for agents and produces results.
“All our agents must do is select the appropriate package, approve the ads, which are provided as part of the program, identify the key markets where they want to attract buyers and then respond to an enquiry from a buyer,” he said.
Amplify has made Raine & Horne adjust its systems, including their CRM and website, due to the increase in traffic in some offices by as much as 1,700 per cent.
Raine & Horne Marrickville, one of the brand’s best performing offices nationally, has recorded a seven-fold increase in enquiries since Amplify launched.
Mr Raine said that the launch had been a tremendous success and he was excited to see how far it could go.
“This is a stunning success and we will be ramping up our marketing over the coming months as we are already seeing consumers requesting social media strategies to reach both local and overseas markets."
