CoreLogic has launched a new software that will allow agents to quickly and easily create compelling video and social content to share with its customers.
HomePrezzo is a new digital real estate marketing platform that promises to revolutionise the way agents can engage with vendors and buyers.
Linking with CoreLogic data, it can create templates that will allow agents to make customised videos to showcase suburbs and properties.
The videos are specifically designed to be seen on smartphones as that is where the market is watching and sharing content, said CoreLogic’s head of content, Kylie Davis.
“Research shows 92 per cent of mobile users share videos, and it’s well known that video posts have significantly better reach in Facebook than other posts,” Ms Davis said.
Ms Davis said that what was holding a lot of agents back from creating video content was the volume and difficulty of the task.
“Not all agents are confident about appearing on camera or can create the volume of content quickly to keep up,” the head of content said.
An issue that faced many agents was finding a way to present data in a way that didn’t overwhelm buyers and sellers.
“We know from CoreLogic research that property buyers and sellers feel overwhelmed by the amount of information they need to absorb when they’re in market,” Ms Davis said.
The advantage of HomePrezzo is that it will automatically collect statistics and sales from CoreLogic and combine them into short and engaging videos that are easy to understand.
“HomePrezzo content is fun and engaging while also being super useful,” Ms Davis said. “It takes the homework element out of understanding the market and demonstrates that agents that share this kind of content have a commitment to being helpful, not a hard sell.”
Brisbane entrepreneur Nathan Krisanski is the creator of HomePrezzo, and the software joins Journobot and Report Store in CoreLogic’s new suite of content solutions.
