A long-tail customer relationship management system currently being developed by a new joint venture is set to revolutionise CRMs for agents.
The Real Estate Institute of Western Australia and Vaultrealestate have partnered up to create a system that will allow business owners to monitor every aspect of their business from a single customisable dashboard in real time.
REIWA CEO Nevile Pozzi said that the development of CRM XYZ was tracking well, with a current release date of August 2018 scheduled.
“We are extremely excited for the opportunity to partner with Vaultrealestate to develop an industry CRM superior to anything else on the market right now,” the CEO said.
Mr Pozzi said that the REIWA was excited to enter into this partnership and use existing partners to create a fully integrated system for agents.
“We are especially pleased that through this joint venture, we can leverage our current partnerships with REI Forms Live and RP Data to provide real estate agents with a best of breed, fully integrated CRM and property management system to improve their business efficiencies,” Mr Pozzi said.
In addition to a CRM and property management system, a full sales and listings management features are being developed to be rolled out as part of the integration.
Vaultrealestate managing director Scott Wulff said that they had been approached by several industry leaders who wanted to develop the CRM system, but they were proud to choose the REIWA.
“We are delighted to be able to work alongside REIWA to bring Australian and New Zealand agents a market-leading product that will streamline the day-to-day running of their businesses,” Mr Wulff said.
Mr Wulff added that the he was positive that the collaboration would produce a first-class product for the industry.
“Both groups have significant reach into and reputation within the real estate industry, and we are confident this collaboration will produce a first-class product for the industry with superior training and support services,” the MD said.
A commercial component of CRM XYZ is being developed and is on track for an end-of-year launch.
