The founding CEO of Domain Group, Antony Catalano, has purchased a stake in a real estate media agency and will become its executive director next month.
Tomorrow is one of the largest creative and media agencies in the real estate sector and represents some of the leading property developers and real estate project marketers in Australia.
Mr Catalano resigned from Domain Holdings Australia at the beginning of the year and has a working history with Tomorrow directors Anthony Bray, Ian Hickey and Lars Weisenberger.
Mr Catalano said that he was excited to join Tomorrow, which he said had assisted Domain in growing as a business.
“I am honoured and excited to be joining my friends Ian, Ant and Lars at Tomorrow, an agency which has always had a special place in my heart,” Mr Catalano said.
Mr Catalano said that Tomorrow had helped Domain become the business that it was, and he was ready to take it into the future.
“Tomorrow helped Domain grow into an amazing business, and joining the partnership here feels like coming home. I am excited about playing a role in the further development of the agency to see where we can go next,” the upcoming executive director said.
Mr Catalano said that he is looking forward to getting back into property and working alongside Domain again.
“Property is in my blood and I love nothing better than helping developers, marketers and agents grow value in their businesses.
“I am also looking forward to continuing my involvement with Domain via this role as its largest client.”
Tomorrow currently has 32 employees in offices in Melbourne and Brisbane and hopes to expand nationally with the aid of Mr Catalano.
Anthony Bray, the managing director of Tomorrow, said that bringing in a professional like Mr Catalano would enable the business to push forward.
“Tomorrow has always been about innovation and a desire to be leaders in our industry. Bringing Anthony into the fold clearly demonstrates this, as there is arguably no other person with his depth of knowledge and business acumen when it comes to property and growing businesses,” Mr Bray said.
