A multi-award-winning sales agent has joined Belle Property in a significant acquisition for the group, positioning the boutique brand to break into the competitive Victorian market.

Adam Joske joins Belle Property as head of Victoria and high-performance coach and trainer.

CEO Peter Hanscomb said that the acquisition is one of the biggest in recent years.

“He has an incredible reputation in the industry, and with his knowledge, professionalism and drive, we knew that he would be the right person to establish Belle Property as a leading force in the Victorian marketplace.”

A Melbourne real estate veteran, Mr Joske was head-hunted into Gary Peer & Associates at the age of 23. He went on to win numerous awards which included the Victorian Residential Salesperson of the Year.

Mr Joske has ranked in the REB Top 100 Agents for four consecutive years, became a presenter at AREC, represented contestants on Channel 9’s The Block and was one of 16 agents featured in the book Real Estate Millionaire.

The decision to join Belle Property provides him with a new challenge to take his career to a different level, Mr Joske said.

“In just 10 short years, Belle Property has developed into one of Australia’s largest and most admired real estate brands,” the agent said.

“Building up to a network of 80 offices right across the country is astonishing. It is a testament to the incredible work of CEO Peter Hanscomb and speaks volumes about the culture and calibre of the team.

“While it’s huge for me to leave the sales arena for a corporate role after 25 years, this is something I just had to be a part of. The challenge of building Victoria’s prominence and growing the network is incredibly exciting for me.”

In this newly formed role, Mr Joske will be tasked with growing Belle Property within the Victorian real estate market.

He will also be a key part of the network’s coaching and training initiatives.
