Rising niche network Realmark has recruited an award-winning agent to one of its premier offices to drive its strategic growth plan along the lucrative coastline of Perth.

Karen Riches will join Realmark Coastal’s office after being named by the REIWA as Carine’s top sales associate for six years in a row from 2012 to 2017.

Ms Riches said that she was drawn to Realmark Coastal’s sharp, professional brand.

“They have a really strong team of agents and I felt it would be a good environment for me to further learn, develop and grow.

“Having such strong leaders under Sean and Jenny Hughes, I felt that I could learn a lot from them as they are actively selling and are well known up and down the coast.

“Also, as personal development is really important to me, I also felt that Realmark Coastal would be able to offer the next level training and one-on-one mentoring I was seeking.”

Ms Riches said that she was excited about working with the team.

“The office is so alive and busy and I love being around that high level of activity.

“They also know how to have a laugh, which is so important in an industry which can be very serious at times. I can’t wait to re-launch myself with the new brand and re-ignite my marketing brain with fresh ideas.”

Realmark Coastal principal Sean Hughes said that he was proud to announce that Karen Riches has joined the office.

“What really attracted us to work with Karen was her true desire to continually learn and develop her skills in all aspects of real estate.

“Realmark is a very progressive company and we are looking for open-minded individuals who are wanting to grow their business. Her passion for the industry and drive to progress her career is a true testament to the way she conducts her business and the type of service that she provides to all of her clients.”

Mr Hughes said that Realmark Coastal continues to be on the rise as Realmark’s number one office, despite the recent difficult times in the WA market.

“Our business continues to go from strength to strength, and in today’s market, clients are looking for strong and experienced agents that promise growth in these challenging times.

“We have been able to provide our agents with private sessional training with Australia’s leading real estate coach, Tom Panos, and access to the AREC conference on the Gold Coast for training and team building exercises.”

He said that Ms Riches joining the brand is a testament to the rapid growth of Realmark Coastal.
