Intriguing battle lines are drawn for the Raine & Horne sales big-hitters, as three of the network’s leading agents vie for the coveted Sales Agent of the Year – Metropolitan gong at this year’s REB Awards finals to be held in July.
Serial REB Top 100 Agents placer and uber-agent Ric Serrao, co-principal of Raine & Horne Double Bay/Bondi Beach, will line up against Dib Chidiac from Raine & Horne Concord and Peter Diamantidis from Raine & Horne St Mary’s in this very competitive category.
Both Mr Chidiac and Mr Diamantidis also rank as REB Top 100 Agents.
Mr Serrao is also a finalist in the Principal of the Year – Metropolitan category, and Raine & Horne Double Bay/Bondi Beach, led by Mr Serrao and his business partner Martin Maskin, has been shortlisted in the Sales Office of the Year category.
Executive chairman of Raine & Horne Angus Raine lauded the work of Mr Serrao and his team.
“Ric, Martin and the team at Raine & Horne Double Bay/Bondi Beach continue to win global and local industry acknowledgement because they have immersed themselves in our firm’s culture successfully cultivated over 135 years,” Mr Raine said.
“They win appraisals, listings and awards in large quantities because they’ve also embraced our award-winning digital innovations.”
Mr Serrao said that he is humbled by the nominations.
“[I am] pleased [too] for Mr Maskin and the entire Raine & Horne Double Bay/Bondi Beach team,” the co-principal said.
“That Raine & Horne Double Bay/Bondi Beach has won recognition for its excellent contribution to the real estate industry reinforces the strength of our brand in connecting with our target market and customers.”
The Raine & Horne Group, with around 300 offices worldwide, is a finalist in the REB Digital Presence of the Year and Innovator of the Year categories.
