Four agents have joined forces to open a new Harcourts office in a lucrative regional market in order to best utilise their local knowledge.
Niki Bogdanovski, Joel Soldado, Sam Tsiaousis and Michael Hardy have between them 35 years of experience within the Newcastle/Lake Macquarie region and will be the new management team of Harcourts Newcastle.
The four agents have come to Harcourts from PRDnationwide and said that Harcourts was the obvious choice when deciding to open their own office.
“Harcourts has set the benchmark for customer service internationally and is at the forefront of leading real estate technology,” Mr Hardy said.
Mr Bogdanovski echoed the statements by Mr Hardy and added that the values of the brand aligned closely with his personal values.
“I align myself strongly with the company values that they live and work by. I think this sets Harcourts apart from any other real estate brand,” Mr Bogdanovski said.
Mr Bogdanovski added that the company has made them feel welcome from their first day.
“Harcourts truly is a family; we have felt part of the team from day one,” the agent said.
Harcourts NSW/ACT CEO Mark Morrison said that he was proud to welcome the four to the brand.
“Their industry and market knowledge, combined with their personable approach, will make them stand out as business owners,” the CEO said.
The Harcourts franchise network has had strong growth over its 20-year history in Australia and now has over 400 offices in six states, according to Mr Morrison.
He said that it was important for Harcourts to continue to grow with the best in the industry.
“It has never been more important to grow with quality people in our network,” the CEO said.
Harcourts was recently shortlisted in 18 categories in the 2018 REB Awards, including for Major Network of the Year and Digital Presence of the Year.
