A growing Sydney agency has bolstered its sales team to position itself for growth.

Balmain-based agency Cobden & Hayson now has five Sydney offices in their group including in areas as diverse as Marrickville, Surry Hills and Drummoyne.

The brand is now focused on strategic growth and has brought on two local agents who represent their culture and ethos to their foundation office in Balmain.

Joining director and co-founder Matt Hayson is Rita Lopresti, who has five years of experience in the industry, and Jack Tinworth, a young gun in the industry, will join director and co-founder Danny Cobden.

These young hires come from different backgrounds, but both bring energy and enthusiasm to the role, the agency said.

Ms Lopresti has a degree in architecture and was drawn to C&H’s people focus and creative flair.

Mr Tinworth said that the opportunity to be mentored by director Cobden was what made him jump at the opportunity with C&H.

“It was the culture, the respected brand and the opportunity to be mentored by Danny that made me jump at the opportunity to join the C&H team,” the agent said.

Cobden & Hayson is also directing focus towards its corporate team to grow and evolve the brand, and to do so, they have hired a new brand manager.

Tim Wiche, who has nine years’ experience in marketing and customer experience, has been brought on to be the brand manager for C&H as they move into the future.

Mr Wiche said that he was looking forward to the new challenge that was presented by the agency.

“I realised I’d be supported in my endeavours to turn real estate marketing on its head and test a new direction,” the new brand manager said.

Cobden & Hayson is thrilled to have all three members join their team and looks forward to their contribution to the agency’s evolution.
