A nationwide agency is set to take advantage of a lucrative market with the opening of a new office.

Belle Property is moving into Adelaide’s inner east with the opening of Belle Property Norwood by principal Calvin Lai.

The opening is the second in a matter of months for Mr Lai, who launched Belle Property Commercial Adelaide a few months back and is principal of Belle Property Adelaide City and Belle Property International Adelaide.

Mr Lai said that his team has been operating in Norwood for a few years now, but this office would give them a permanent base and allow them to expand to even more prestigious suburbs.

“We have always believed in the potential of Norwood, not just as a suburb that offers a great lifestyle but as a strategic location from which to service the prestigious eastern suburbs of Adelaide,” Mr Lai said.

Mr Lai said that Norwood was a high-demand area in Adelaide and one strip in particular, The Parade, was a destination hub that had fuelled buyer and investor interest.

“We are a unique agency that understands the area with the capabilities to present properties in a premium way,” Mr Lai said.

Mr Lai also said that his team could connect with the commercial and international offices for properties that required it.

“We also have a fantastic synergy between our Belle Property Commercial and Belle Property International offices, so if there is something that requires a more diverse skill set, we can bring that across as well,” the principal said.

CEO of Belle Property Peter Hanscomb said that the agency was excited about the growth of Belle Property in Adelaide.

“The growth into Norwood is a logical next step for Calvin Lai, who has led his team in Adelaide City to great success. His client care and dedication to outstanding results is second to none, and we are extremely happy to see his success continue,” Mr Hanscomb said.
