One agent has given away a $10,000 holiday voucher to a past vendor after running a competition to thank his clients.
Realmark Urban agent Paul Tonich offered the travel voucher to any client who had sold or bought with him in the past 20 years. All they had to do was contact Mr Tonich to go in the draw.
There were over 600 clients who entered and the winner was a Hamersley buyer, Paul Matthews, who bought and sold a house with Mr Tonich 17 years ago.
“All he could say when I told him he’d won was ‘but I never win anything’,” Mr Tonich said.
Mr Tonich said that the competition was just to thank his clientele for the past 20 years and to show them appreciation.
“This competition was really all about thanking my clientele for putting their trust in me,” the agent said.
Mr Tonich said that a whole range of clients entered the draw and it was great to see so many faces.
“Some people in this competition had only met me once in the past 20 years and many people have used me multiple times. It was great to see so many people want to be part of the prize draw.”
Group managing director John Percudani said that the initiative was a great way to reward clients.
“The Realmark brand has always been focused on putting the client first. This was a great initiative to reward clients who put the trust of selling their biggest asset in our hands,” the MD said.
Mr Percudani said that picking an agent was a hard decision, but this competition proves why people should pick Realmark.
“I think this shows the strength of the relationship that Realmark agents have, that 17 years later the agent and client still have a solid relationship.”
