One network is expanding its offerings in a growing regional market in Western Australia to capture prestigious property.

Harcourts Western Australia announced the new office, Harcourts Prestige, which would service the great Canning Vale region.

The new office will be helmed by Anna-Marie Bartolome, and Harcourts Western Australia CEO Paul Blakeley welcomed her to the position.

“We are pleased to have Anna-Marie join the Harcourts Group as our newest business owner. Anna-Marie will take over the management of our Harcourts Elite office in Canning Vale and will be rebranded as Harcourts Prestige Real Estate,” Mr Blakeley said.

Ms Bartolome will be able to draw upon her in-depth exposure to sales and marketing while working within the legal and professional services industry.

“Harcourts is a wonderful, reputable and strong influencing brand. It is a brand filled with people where I have seen and experienced their professionalism and their consistent delivery of high-quality real estate services,” Ms Bartolome said.

Ms Bartolome added that what resonated with her was Harcourts’ people-first mentality as that was what was important to her.

“The real estate industry can become extremely focused on transactional-based outcomes and many representatives forget that we are assisting real people with real situations, experiences and transitions in their lives,” Ms Bartolome said.

The new Harcourts business owner grew up in the area and said that she was excited to work within the community.

“Always ensuring that the client is at the centre of every conversation is my priority. The beautiful and vast community of Canning Vale was where I grew up and I’m excited about the opportunity to work within it.”

Harcourts Prestige will take over from Harcourts Elite, owned by Donna and David Whitehead, who are relocating to South Perth to open Harcourts Elite Agents.

Mr Blakeley said that he was excited to open the South Perth office as it was a key location for the brand.

“This is a key strategic area for us and we are looking forward to further enhancing our brand in such a prominent location,” the CEO said.
