The REB’s annual ranking of the top 100 agents in Australia revealed that the most used CRM by the top agents was Agentbox.
Agentbox is a comprehensive agency management solution with a leading CRM database at its core and other features used daily by agents.
In the 2018 REB Top 100 Agents ranking, the data showed that 34 per cent of the top agents use Agentbox, with the next closest only being used by 15 per cent of agents.
Agentbox CEO, Eddie Cetin said that the company has always worked with agents to assist them with their daily workloads.
“Agentbox has always worked closely with Australia’s leading agents to ensure we build a solution that will make a real difference to their daily activities,” he said.
Mr Cetin said that a good CRM aims to make agents’ lives easier and helps facilitate them wherever they may use it.
“A good CRM will be central to all business activities, easy to use, have the ability to integrate with other systems and ultimately saves users time,” he said.
The marketplace has no shortage of CRM systems for agents, but Agentbox said that they stand out in the market due to offering a full solution to agents’ needs.
“We pride ourselves in making sure our products are easy to use, innovative and constantly evolving to keep us at the forefront of the industry,” said Mr Cetin.
A new partnership has also allowed Agentbox to attract interest from the property management side of the business, touching on more agents than ever before said Mr Cetin.
“The game changing strategic partnership with the Reapit Property Management solution is a significant announcement as it paves the way to provide a single customer view within the agency,” he said.
The company knows that there are challenges ahead said Mr Cetin but they were prepared to face them head on.
"We will continue to see super offices get even stronger in this environment. It is critical agencies focus on the cost to serve and get as much efficiency as possible, which is where Agentbox comes in," he said.
In the pipeline Agentbox will continue to improve its CRM and mobile version but is also investigating how they can best use AI in the future.
"Client nurture is the future of real estate and you need to get on the bus with great customer experience. AI can automate business processes and give deeper understanding to this," he said.
