One Ray White duo is setting up an office in a lucrative market where they were born and live in order to best utilise their knowledge.
Deborah Brady and Jody Fewster, both born in the area, are proud to open the office in Peppermint Grove in the heart of their local market.
With 23 years real estate experience between them, the principals bring business experience and local knowledge to the Ray White family.
Ms Brady said that she had always been passionate about real estate and was excited to open an office.
“I’ve always loved it and now I’m really excited to run my own business for the first time. It’s one of the most exciting things I’ve ever done,” Ms Brady said.
Ms Fewster said that originally real estate was not her dream, but she fell in love with the process.
“It’s never about just one sale… we’re building lifetime relationships,” Ms Fewster said.
The Peppermint Grove area, including Cottesloe and Mosman Park, features a range of different property types, according to Ms Fewster.
“From luxury multimillion-dollar waterfront properties to small apartments, we want to sell everything in and around our neighbourhood,” Ms Fewster said.
Ray White WA CEO Mark Whiteman welcomed the two to the Ray White Group and said that he was happy to have them.
“We’re so excited to have Deborah and Jody join our family,” Mr Whiteman said.
Mr Whiteman said that the duo were an impressive force and would always look to match properties to their new owners.
“They’re fantastic performers and bring a wonderful depth of knowledge and expertise to the table, and we look forward to supporting them as they develop their very own business,” Mr Whiteman said.
