Starr Partners Merrylands office excels in network’s sales awards

Starr Partners Merrylands in Sydney is the recipient of a raft of coveted honours, including the top sales accolades at the Starr Partners Network Awards.

Achieving awards in 13 categories, the Merrylands office also took home the Highest Sales Team Average and Top Office of the Year at the ceremony last month.

Merrylands director Daniel Starr, a 20-year real estate veteran, also walked away with one of the brand’s top honours: Salesperson of the Year.

Generating over 136 sales this year alone, Mr Starr said that he was both humbled and honoured to receive the award.

“Developing genuine relationships with my clients is a key driving force behind my work ethic,” the director said.

“I believe that effective systems, combined with a well-organised support team, is what has been so instrumental for myself and my fellow staff at Starr Partners Merrylands. Our point of difference lies in our systematic approach to delivering the best results for our clients — it’s a team effort.”

Mr Starr said that much of Merrylands popularity is due to its more affordable price point compared to Parramatta’s CBD.

“Despite property prices levelling out around Sydney, there is still interest in Merrylands property market. This is a trend set to continue with the addition of dwellings to the housing stock, such as the development of Opera Merrylands Precinct. Merrylands is becoming increasingly multicultural and more popular among home owners due to its affordability.”

Starr Partners CEO Douglas Driscoll lauded Mr Starr’s performance.

“Daniel’s boundless work ethic has netted him with an envious list of real estate accolades, culminating in him reaching our company’s pinnacle for this year.”

Mr Driscoll added that the office’s success was no accident.

Other major individual winners from Starr Partners Merrylands included Sean MacManamon, who took out the award for Top Property Management Lister, and Lauren Maher, who was named Strata Manager of the Year.
