Belle Property has expanded its footprint in the NSW Central Coast with the launch of Belle Property Terrigal.
The office will be led by award-winning principal Cathy Baker.
Ms Baker also owns the Belle Property Killcare office.
At the REB Awards for 2018, Ms Baker was awarded Regional Principal of the Year and was honoured with the Real Estate Business Excellence Award. She also ranked fourth in the Top 10 Principals GCI and sixth Agent/Principal in No. of Transactions at the 2018 Belle Property Awards.
Belle Property CEO Peter Hanscomb lauded Ms Baker’s contribution.
“We are extremely proud of Cathy and the incredible results she has achieved on the Central Coast,” the CEO said.
“As part of her Terrigal office, Cathy has designed a space for the community that goes beyond real estate. This is a clear demonstration of her client care and dedication to outstanding results, which is second to none.”
In addition to Belle Property Terrigal’s real estate services in sales, property management and holiday rentals, Ms Baker and her team have created a hub for the community where they will host a variety of classes and workshops that range from cooking and yoga classes to styling workshops by Coco Republic.
The space is part of the Belle Property Terrigal office and is designed as a showroom.
Ms Baker said that hers is a “unique” agency that “genuinely want[s] to be part of the community”.
“We have a fantastic synergy between our two offices as well as a strong client base, not only in area but also from Sydney,” the principal said.
“Creating a space for our community is just a small way that we can give back and provide a holistic real estate experience.”
As part of their commitment to servicing their clients, Belle Property Terrigal offers an end-to-end real estate experience with their buyer advisory service, which assists buyers in the purchasing process from beginning to end.
Ms Baker has also appointed a property concierge and guest service manager for their holiday clients, hinting at the strength of their holiday rental business.
“We have always believed in the potential of Terrigal, as it offers a great coastal lifestyle while being close to all the key amenities of the region,” Ms Baker said.
