Property tech platform secures experienced state manager

Online bidding platform Openn Negotiation has appointed a new state manager for Victoria, bringing with him nearly 20 years of experience which includes time spent at REA Group.

Mark Levin joins Openn Negotiation, where he previously was the national sales manager for leads and branding in Melbourne for realestate.com.au where he was in a position to change REA Group’s sales strategy and is supportive of agents being involved in the buying and selling process.

Mr Levin’s other previous roles included digital marketing, business development, people management, sales and client relationship coordination, which has provided him with strong sales experience and negotiation skills, and his focus on customer service will be beneficial for agents, buyers and sellers. He also enjoys interactive technology, which aligns with Openn Negotiation’s goals.

Mr Levin said that when he saw how the business worked, it was something he believed in and wanted to see grow further.

“When I saw Openn Negotiation’s digital sales process and how transparent, honest and fair it was for buyers, sellers and agents, I knew this was going to become something big that would be supported by the industry,” the new state manager said.

A statement from Openn Negotiation said that they were delighted to welcome Mr Levin to their team.

“With his strong background in selling property both in Australia and globally, he will play an important role in us sharing the Openn Negotiation sales method with the rest of Australia,” the statement read.
