Ray White Taylor and Partners in Darlinghurst has recruited an experienced sales performer to its team.

The Inner Sydney-based office is pleased to welcome Jeremy Brink to its staff.

Mr Brink, born and raised in a small country town in Canada, travelled to Australia in 2010 and fell in love with the nation, before making the decision to stay.

He said that he was “delighted” to join the Ray White team, adding that the Darlinghurst office made an immediate impact on him.

“There’s too much one-size-fits-all in the real estate arena and the consumer is certainly becoming aware of that,” Mr Brink said.

“Service levels will determine individual and business success, and I’m confident I’ve found this with Ray White Taylor and Partners.

“I met with the office and agents, and I found they had a different service proposition. They’re extremely professional and seemed to go against the grain of what you’d define as a typical real estate agent.”

He said that he was looking forward to the challenge ahead.

Mr Brink said that he chose real estate because he “genuinely” enjoys dealing with people.

“Combining the diverse nature of the role — meaning every day is different — made the industry really appeal to me,” the agent said.

“I love the fast-paced environment and I always leave the office with a smile on my face knowing I’ve helped people achieve their ideal lifestyle.”

Peter Taylor, director of Ray White Taylor and Partners Darlinghurst, said that having Mr Brink on board was a good fit.

“Jeremy is very much aligned with our values and what we feel defines a strong level of service and professionalism,” Mr Taylor said.

“We know Jeremy is the type of agent who understands our business’ overall direction, and he thinks differently from your standard listing and selling real estate agent, so we firmly believe this will pay personal dividends in the future.

“It may feel like a slower build, but we are solidifying customer relationships that will provide a lasting foundation long into the future. This is very appealing for the right agent.”

Mr Taylor said that he was pleased to have secured Mr Brink’s services.

“Jeremy was being chased by a number of the larger agencies and we were delighted when he suggested he felt the same synergy would provide a benefit to his long-term career goals.

“Jeremy understands our long-term goals and believes it’ll ensure a sustainable professional future. He wants to succeed and he wants to succeed without compromising his values.”
