One boutique group has added a new office to its rising network as it expands its influence across the Melbourne markets.
The YPA network has opened a new office in the sometimes underrated suburb of Cranbourne in Melbourne’s southeast.
YPA general manager Sam Amore said that this was a significant milestone in the group’s history.
“This hails as one of the great achievements for the network as YPA now enters new ground, being the southeastern suburbs of Melbourne,” Mr Amore said.
He said that the new office would follow in the traditions of the YPA brand.
“Our platform has always been to provide extraordinary service and support to all who come into contact with YPA whether they be listing or buying property through any of our 18-office network.
“We believe this continued commitment to service will see the Cranbourne office and the brand succeed in the area. A fresh approach to real estate in an established area is a good thing.”
Mr Amore said that the new office was of strategic value to the boutique network.
“The Cranbourne office will complement our offices on the Mornington Peninsula as they work together to establish the brand in this area.”
He also said that YPA had ambitions to continue to lift its brand profile.
“More new offices are on the table for YPA as we continue to ramp up growth for the network.”
The Cranbourne office will be run by director Rajiv Ranjan.
He said that the YPA brand had already caught his attention, and that it came with a good reputation.
“We noticed in other areas how powerful YPA was, so we wanted to join the network,” Mr Ranjan said.
“We had heard the atmosphere among the teams was amazing and we wanted to be part of this when opening a new office. We look forward to working closely with the other directors and offices.”
