Belle develops bespoke, high-performance training platform

Belle Property launched a new training platform that takes a strategic and focused approach to career pathways across all facets of the business: sales, property management and administration.

CEO Peter Hanscomb said that it was important to have a training platform that is relevant.

“In an ever-changing marketplace, it is paramount to have an agile learning environment that provides all employees with the tools and support that they need to succeed, no matter what level or area of the business they’re in,” the CEO said.

Mr Boyd said that there were three defined streams of performance that sales agents move through: pursue, attract and thrive.

“Pursue is all about what we do on the ground, how we actually go out and hunt for our next opportunity. As we get wins on the board, we start to transform ourselves into the attract agent, where business is starting to come to us and it becomes about how we maintain that momentum with strategy and leverage,” Mr Boyd said.

“The pinnacle is called thrive. That is when you are at the top of your game, where there is immense opportunities and challenges when you are running teams around you.”

Mr Boyd said that it was an important initiative.

“Developing our people is critical to staying ahead in this industry,” Mr Boyd added.

“We have listened to what our network needs and we have invested in delivering a more tailored and strategic approach to all of our employees’ development and training.”

Mr Boyd also said that the platform provides parallel collaborative learning opportunities.

“It is about working together so that we can all move forward and succeed together,” the head of sales said.

“Sales agents have the opportunity to be in the classroom with like-minded individuals who are facing the same challenges.”

The courses have been developed to allow tailoring to mirror industry changes.

The Academy Advantage is delivered in-house by approved trainers.

It is offered in addition to individual and team coaching.
