Local Sydney North Shore agent Megan MacKay, together with her husband Trevor Cain, has reopened Ray White’s office in Frenchs Forest in the heart of the Northern Beaches.
The new office is just minutes away from the soon-to-open Northern Beaches Hospital and future Frenchs Forest community hub.
Ms MacKay started her real estate career with Ray White Frenchs Forest, and the opportunity to re-establish Ray White in the area has long been her ambition.
“Having lived in the area for 40 years and having sold property all around Sydney, to now return to Frenchs Forest and re-establish our own Ray White office is really exciting,” the agent said.
In recent years, Ms MacKay had sold real estate across northern Sydney.
Ms MacKay has experience in adjoining neighbour developments, premium residential properties, lifestyle and equestrian estates, and first home buyers.
She said that Frenchs Forest is a broad suburb with a changing demographic profile.
“The suburb provides easy access to national parks, it hosts cultural and community facilities, is slated for increased employment, has unique and impressive homes and it is minutes from the beaches.”
Ms MacKay also said that she was looking towards the official office launch.
“We launch knowing that the Frenchs Forest community trusts Ray White to provide clients with a superior service and its century-old dedication to integrity.”
Meanwhile, Mr Cain’s background is in financial services where he ran stockbroking and funds management businesses.
He said that the transition to real estate came easily, given his background in professional services and working with regulatory agencies.
“Frenchs Forest is on the NSW government’s radar as a future hub; the new hospital and the possibility of a future harbour tunnel makes the area highly appealing for those looking for northern beaches lifestyle and connection with the city,” Mr Cain said.
Ray White Sydney Blue CEO Jason Andrew welcomed Ms MacKay and Mr Cain to the Ray White Group.
“Megan and Trevor have such a great supportive network already in their community,”the CEO said.
“We’re delighted to have another family business joining ours and look forward to supporting them as they continue to grow.”
