The annual REB Dealmakers ranking has a new partner this year in the form of LED display provider VitrineMedia.
Managing director Mike Toweel said that the REB Dealmakers ranking is important to VitrineMedia as it lines up with the company’s own values.
“We align ourselves with the real estate industry which has always been our core business, and it is exciting to partner with the best dealmaker within the industry,” the MD said.
He said that dealmaking is the “lifeblood” of the industry.
“The ranking recognises agents who are consistently delivering results for their clients, and we bring a lot to the table to facilitate their job function.”
Mr Toweel said that VitrineMedia’s “number one priority” is to help agents, and in particular dealmakers.
“To maximise their exposure and get the best price for their vendors with the shortest time on market.
“We understand the dynamic of real estate because we’ve been doing it for a long time. We do this simply through the power of light, using clean crisp imagery. It is well documented that cold white light has a calming, drawing effect.”
REB editor Tim Neary said that the REB Dealmakers ranking celebrates the achievements of the top dealmakers in real estate across the country.
“This ranking was created specifically to offer the opportunity for younger agents, regional agents and those working outside of prestige metro suburbs to be recognised for their efforts,” Mr Neary said.
Now in its second year, the ranking is based on residential sales for the 2016–17 and 2017–18 financial years, measured through three key metrics: the number, growth and consistency of deals.
