Boutique Sydney agency Di Jones has made a strategic appointment to develop its sales capability in the city’s northern suburbs.

Di Jones Beecroft has appointed sales agent Sam Outch to its team, where he will focus on the lush Cherrybrook area.

CEO Rob Ward said that Mr Outch’s appointment fits into the business’ strategic plan of investing in new talent through coaching and mentoring.

“As a local, Sam’s knowledge of Cherrybrook is outstanding,” the CEO said.

“Since commencing his real estate career in 2013, Sam has shown that he’s an agent on the rise and has been recognised with multiple awards for his sales performance.

“His commitment to helping his clients achieve their property dreams is unwavering. He takes an honest and informative approach to everything he does, and works tirelessly to ensure clients have everything they need and the sales process is as stress-free as possible.”

Mr Outch said that he was compelled to join Di Jones because it is at the “forefront” of property marketing and consumer satisfaction.

“Their track record, presence and innovative approach to the industry made making the switch very appealing,” the agent said.

“I want to be the best agent I can be. I believe Di Jones has the tools and support needed to take my career to the next level.”

Di Jones announced earlier that it has launched an academy program called Future Superstars Program, an intensive three-year initiative designed to produce top sales agents.

Mr Ward said at the time that the initiative fits into one of the network’s key strategies — that of developing new talent.

“There are many agents in the marketplace who aren’t reaching their potential and, as part of our program, we are actively hunting these associates and business development managers in our industry.

“The Future Superstars Program has been created to facilitate the exponential growth of individuals by offering participants training, coaching and mentoring, and a support network to maximise their chance of success.”
