For the first time in 50 years, Century 21 has undertaken a massive makeover in South Australia, rebranding its 22 offices across the state in just 20 days.
Chairman and owner of Century 21 Charles Tarbey said that the $1.5 million investment has refreshed the network’s look in the real estate market.
The rebranding of its South Australian network included the reopening of 22 offices located in regional and metropolitan areas in 20 days.
He said that the offices have not just had a logo change.
“Many have also had their offices updated to look and feel modern and upmarket for its customers. Century 21 has also been focusing on enhancing its customer experience in offices to ensure the network continues to lead the market,” Mr Tarbey said.
“This new approach has led Century 21 to create a new identity becoming a stylish, sleek and sophisticated, with the design catapulting the company into the next century.”
Mr Tarbey said that the new brand is built around Century 21’s standard of delivering “extraordinary” real estate experiences.
“We’ve come a long way, and with more brand awareness than any other real estate brand, Century 21 is poised to change the game once again by reinventing what the Century 21 brand means in the hearts and minds of those who are buying, selling and working in real estate today.”
SA state manager Christine Brinkman said that it has been a worthwhile experience.
“It has been exciting to see the transformation of the most iconic, well-known real estate brands in the world,” Ms Brinkman said.
“The refreshed colour palate stays true to our iconic gold and black scheme; however, the new identity is more modern and distinctive than ever.”
