Ray White Commercial (WA) has recruited an experienced specialist for an executive position in its team in the state’s leading market.
Clive Norman has been appointed to the role of director of office leasing for the Ray White Commercial (WA) team in Perth.
Mr Norman has more than 17 years’ experience in the office leasing sector.
He brings a wealth of knowledge in leasing office developments off the plans, high-end offices and whole floor offices in the Perth CBD and fringe office market.
Mr Norman said that he was delighted to join the Ray White Commercial (WA) team.
“The opportunity was just too good to pass up,” Mr Norman said.
“The time was right for a new challenge in my career, and the opportunity at Ray White was ideal to achieve this outcome.”
He said the fit was a good one.
“The role of director of office leasing for Western Australia is a perfect blend of my years of experience, with the opportunity to build the Office Leasing department and to mentor younger team members.
“The plan for the department is to establish Ray White as a significant player in the Perth CBD and city fringe office leasing market, and to offer a viable, experienced, customer service-focused option for Perth landlords.”
Mr Norman said that having known Ray White director Stephen Harrison for many years, he knew the culture of the group suited him perfectly.
“The whole team is extremely professional and the focus the group has on customer care and customer service reflects my own business philosophy,” Mr Norman said.
“I’m really excited to be part of Ray White Commercial (WA) team and I look forward to building the Office Leasing department moving forward.”
