Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate appoints senior manager to boost important market

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate has recruited an experienced agent to establish and grow the new brand’s footprint in one of its most strategically important markets.

Anthony Baliviera has been recruited as part of the BHGRE corporate team in Victoria to the position of area manager in Melbourne.

A veteran of the industry, Mr Baliviera has more than 23 years of experience.

BHGRE CEO Simon Cashman said that Mr Baliviera has a wide range of skills.

“Anthony is an accomplished Melbourne-based agent with over 23 years of experience, covering all aspects of residential real estate from rental, sales, auctioneering including running and owning two successful real estate offices,” the CEO said. 

Mr Baliviera said that his experience will stand him in good stead.

“I have worked with some of the best agents in the business and have also helped in the development of many now establish leading agents.

“I understand the importance of a well-structured and harmonious, driven team to ensure we get the best out of each team member and, most importantly, the best outcome for the client.”

Mr Baliviera said that he was excited about growing the business in the area.

He was keen to put his knowledge and years of experience to help establish and grow the group.

“I pride myself on building strong relationship and exceptional outcomes,” Mr Baliviera said.

“Having personally set many record sale prices and gaining massive market share, I look forward to meeting and helping new franchisees start their own journey in owning and running their own office and providing them with help, knowledge and support.”

The official Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate launches will be held in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne on 12, 13 and 14 November.
