Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate (BHGRE) has expanded its team, with a well-known exec joining the exclusive Business Growth Management team.
Karmen Costigan brings to the role over 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry, working across the USA and Australia’s eastern states.
Her most recent position saw her employed as a consultant to Ray White Queensland’s principals, helping to increase the business’ profitability and working across network performance, sales, property management, and BDM training and mentoring.
Ms Costigan is passionate about challenging business owners to consider their futures and integrate technology that can push them towards increased efficiency.
She said that she was excited to assist BHGRE in reaching the next level of customer service.
“Most principals I have worked with struggle to keep up with the demands of upskilling their teams, managing their database and maintaining a consistent and strong digital presence,” Ms Costigan said.
“The beauty of BHGRE is that we can take care of all of this for them, leaving them time to be leaders in their business, and that’s why I am so excited to be here!”
Simon Cashman, CEO of BHGRE, said that Karmen’s unique perspective as a long-time client of property professionals gives her confidence in Better Homes and Garden’s potential.
“Being a seasoned renovator and property investor, Karmen is thrilled to align with Better Homes and Gardens as it embodies core values that she believes in, such as passion, authenticity and excellence,” Mr Cashman said.
“Having been the client in many real estate transactions, Karmen is confident that Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate can offer a solution that has not existed in Australia before and will create advocates for life!”
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate will officially launch in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne on 12, 13 and 14 November.
