Active niche network Di Jones has recruited another rising, dedicated property professional to its Northern Suburbs office in Sydney.

Ali Pericak has joined the team at Di JONES Northern Suburbs to focus on the Sydney suburbs of Marsfield, Macquarie Park and North Ryde.

Di Jones CEO Rob Ward said that Ms Pericak is a great asset to the business.

“Ali has developed an in-depth understanding of the real estate process and has built an enviable reputation of delivering an outstanding experience for her clients,” Mr Ward said.

“Ali thrives on interacting with clients and is committed to helping them meet their property goals. Using her finely tuned communication skills, outstanding market knowledge and superior negotiating skills, she’s able to secure exceptional results every time.”

Mr Ward said that Ms Pericak has a record of success.

“Ali made the transition to real estate four years ago after a successful career in sales and marketing, including as the national sales manager for an international homewares supplier selling to big brands such as Woolworths, Big W, Officeworks and Lincraft.”

Ms Pericak said that she recognises the opportunity in front of her.

“Di Jones clearly displays their passion and commitment to people and growth,” the agent said.

“I feel they are so closely aligned with my beliefs and standards, that I honestly could not pass up this opportunity to join such a dynamic, focused and supportive team.”

Ms Pericak commenced at Di Jones in mid-November, having previously worked with Belle Property.

Under the leadership of Mr Ward, Di Jones has expanded to a wide range of locations including Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, North Shore, Northern Suburbs and the Southern Highlands.

It also recently launched its Future Superstars Program, a three-year initiative designed to produce top sales agents.

“The Future Superstars Program has been created to facilitate the exponential growth of individuals by offering participants training, coaching and mentoring, and a support network to maximise their chance of success,” Mr Ward said.

“There are many agents in the marketplace who aren’t reaching their potential and, as part of our program, we are actively hunting these associates and business development managers in our industry.

“We found that the majority of companies are either a franchise or one-office boutique that often had its director as a selling agent.”
