Belle Property has opened an office in Maroochydore, its third on the Sunshine Coast, as it looks to offer a full service across the maturing market in that region.
Ben Radcliff and John Stamp of Belle Property Noosa and Belle Property Coolum have opened Belle Property Maroochydore, their third Sunshine Coast office since February 2016.
Principal Ben Radcliff said that the Sunshine Coast is maturing as a market and each town is becoming more relevant to each other.
He said that the new Belle Property Maroochydore office will strengthen this connection.
“The concept behind our expansion is to offer a full service across the Sunshine Coast,” Mr Radcliff said.
“No other agency has ownership of three different offices in three distinct locations. With Maroochydore opening, we can cross-promote our properties, and our clients have access to more buyers than they previously had or would have with a competitor.”
Principal John Stamp said that the area has become “extremely attractive” to those searching for a long-term family home.
“Maroochydore is the centre of the Sunshine Coast, and the recent upgrades to transport, shopping centres, schools, universities and hospitals mean it has become a launching pad to the world, rather than a side-stop destination,” Mr Stamp said.
“The Sunshine Coast has always been known as a laid-back community with family-orientated values and strong community spirit, and with the controlled and considered development, liveability has become a huge asset.”
Belle Property CEO Peter Hanscomb said that the opening of the Maroochydore office comes at an ideal time.
“In the past, real estate agencies have serviced the coast as what it was, not the diverse and metropolitan area it is becoming,” Mr Hanscomb said.
“There is a distinct lack of premium real estate providers catering to what the area is aspiring to be, so it’s the perfect time for Belle Property to launch in Maroochydore, especially at the hands of two expert business leaders, Ben and John, who live and breathe the coast and all it has to offer.”
