A powerhouse team of property development professionals have made a strategic real estate move into the rising eastern Sydney suburb of Mascot.
Ray White has opened a new office in Mascot, made up by an experienced team with a range of complementary backgrounds.
Principal Yan Chen has a wealth of experience in the real estate development industry and has worked in various operational management roles since moving to Australia in 2014.
Ms Chen is joined by experienced property manager Dawn Chan and sales managers Tom Shang and Harold, both with 30 years’ collective experience.
Ms Chen said that the team sees “huge” potential in Mascot and its surrounds.
“We already have strong relationships around the area after working in property development here over the past four years.”
She said that Mascot has been dubbed an “up and comer” for Sydney, particularly in the development sector.
“There are already 2,000 new apartments in the area, with 3,000 more coming soon,” Ms Chen said.
“The suburb was predominantly an industrial area, but with the growing number of residents being drawn to its convenience, it is beginning to develop its own modern culture and charm.”
The group knew from the start that Ray White would be the best fit for their endeavours.
“The family culture, similar goals, the focus on future real estate landscape and the people within the Ray White business were the major drawcards for us.
“We have so much confidence in the Mascot area and its opportunity. We are really looking forward to becoming the local experts in our community over the next 12 months and beyond.”
Ray White New South Wales Blue CEO Jason Andrew welcomed the Mascot team to the network.
“Yan and the team have such a strong background in property, and we can’t wait to see them conquer the Mascot area,” Mr Andrew said.
“We’re delighted to have another team joining the family and look forward to supporting them as they continue to grow.”
