One of the country’s biggest networks has taken out a broad industry-based award for service excellence, determined by a public vote, as it continues to deliver on its brand promise.

Harcourts Group Australia has been named the Gold Winner in the Real Estate category in Reader’s Digest 2019 Quality Service Award. The awards are determined by a public vote and recognise companies that deliver outstanding customer service.

CEO of Harcourts Australia Marcus Williams said that the win belongs to the entire group.

“Harcourts’ success at the Reader’s Digest Quality Service Award is a result of our consistent efforts to provide the finest in client experience for our team members, our clients and our business partners.

“At Harcourts, delivering memorable experiences is at the core of our business. This award is a reflection on the wider Harcourts team and it gives me great satisfaction to share it among our 408 offices across Australia.”

Mr Williams said that Harcourts’ focus is on strengthening relationships.

“Winning the Reader’s Digest Quality Service Award for real estate means a great deal to our team,” Mr Williams said.

“Receiving this recognition strengthens our belief that our commitment to always deliver exceptional client experience is appreciated by customers.”

The 2019 Reader’s Digest Quality Service Award continues the client service accolades achieved by Harcourts Australia, having recently won a clutch of awards in the year.

Reader’s Digest introduced the Quality Service Award in 2015, offering Australian consumers the opportunity to share their views about companies that deliver the best customer service.

Market research agency Catalyst surveyed 1,500 respondents, who were asked to nominate a service provider in 40 categories, including real estate sales. To qualify to vote on a category, they must have used a service provider from that industry.

Survey respondents were asked to rank their experience on the listed companies according to a range of relevant questions.
