Boutique network Di Jones has recruited a determined new talent, who will join the agency as part of its ambitious Future Superstars Program.

Suzy Tiric has joined the Di Jones team at its Sydney Eastern Suburbs office.

Di Jones CEO Rob Ward said that Ms Tiric is highly motivated and a perfect fit for the brand.

“As a mother of three, Suzy brings a wealth of knowledge from her past careers as a teacher and having owned a logistics company, which saw her manage staff and go above and beyond to meet tight deadlines,” Mr Ward said.

“More recently, Suzy was working with one of Paddington’s leading agents and was instrumental in their growth over the past three years.”

Mr Ward said that Ms Tiric has a range of talents.

“A strong negotiator with outstanding communication skills, Suzy’s a true professional renowned for her honest and achievable results,” the CEO said.

“Suzy’s authenticity is self-evident and she has an innate talent for building strong relationships. She understands the value in long-term connections and believes clients are for life, not simply for a single transaction.

“With exceptional attention to detail, Suzy is able to meet client expectations and is genuinely interested in learning about their hopes and dreams, and loves nothing more than helping them achieve their property goals.”

Ms Tiric said that she was very excited to be part of the business.

“Di Jones is a stand-out agency due to the innovative approach it has taken within its core structures.

“Finding mutual alignment with a company was very important to me, and from the very first phone call, I knew that Di Jones was a great place to work. Most importantly, it’s great being a part of a company that makes you feel regarded not only as an employee but [also] as part of the Di Jones family.”

She joins Di Jones as the third recruit to its Future Superstars Program, a three-year intensive initiative designed to produce top sales agents.
