The lively R&W Rooty Hill team has expanded its western Sydney footprint with the opening of a second office in Erskine Park/St Clair.

Founder and principal Roy Amery has operated his Rooty Hill office for more than 16 years. After seeing his business flourish, Mr Amery decided now was the right time to expand the business.

He said that he has a commanding presence in sales, and one of the largest rent rolls in Sydney’s west.

“A brilliant opportunity came available and we were able to very quickly secure a great location in the Erskine Park Shopping Centre,” Mr Amery said.

“We’ve been warmly welcomed by the people within the community. Without their strong support, the opening of our second office wouldn’t have been possible.”

Mr Amery has focused on being an inspiration to his team, focused on building skills and encouraging passion.

He said that his team’s success has left undeniable clues.

“Most of our new business opportunities arrive by referrals and by word of mouth, which is a true testament of success,” Mr Amery said.

“Real estate is about caring for people’s needs and providing them with exceptional service. We go above and beyond for all of our customers.”

Mr Amery said that Erskine Park/St Clair has long been a magnet for families.

“It has a wide selection of local schools, plenty of shopping centres and easy drive access to the M4, M7 and Great Western Highway,” the principal said.

“We look forward to building strong long-term relationships with the Erskine Park/St Clair communities.”

Mr Amery said that representing home owners and landlords with their properties is a great honour and that “delivering exceptional service is our promise”.

Over the years, Mr Amery has won multiple R&W awards for Most Outstanding Auction Lister and Most Outstanding Selling Principal (Transactions).
