One of the country’s fastest-growing networks will take a running start to 2019 by launching no less that its eighth office on Sydney’s lucrative North Shore.

Raine & Horne will open Raine & Horne Pymble/Gordon to be led by experienced North Shore sales agent Wayne Walter.

Raine & Horne’s commitment to digital technology proves the decisive factor.

Mr Walter said that it was its digital technologies that proved central to his decision to join Raine & Horne.

“Amplify is brilliant at using social media platforms and search engines to market properties and is very reasonably priced,” Mr Walter said.

“Raine & Horne offers everything I need to provide my clients with exceptional service.”

He said that Raine & Horne’s networking capability was another drawcard.

“I also thought it was important to be part of a family business network, and I was impressed with executive chairman Angus Raine and CEO Brian Reid when I met them and the firm’s investment in state-of-the-art technologies.”

Mr Walter said that working close to home is important.

“I want to be close to my three children who are attending local schools. I also want to be able to walk out the front door and be at work.

“Opening Raine & Horne Pymble/Gordon is an opportunity to stamp my style on a real estate office on the Upper North Shore with the backing of a trusted brand.”

Mr Walter said that agencies will have to work hard to service their clients in 2019.

“Successful agencies will offer vendors and landlords candid advice, especially around pricing,” he said.

“We will deliver exceptional services which will be at the core of my community-based business, but we are finding the market is still very reasonable.

“This region has recorded 89 per cent growth over the last six years, and with so many long-term owners with up to 50 years in this market, short-term market fluctuations don’t affect them as much. Their homes are goldmines.”

Mr Walter started in real estate in 1994. He is a former REINSW award winner.
