One of the country’s largest networks has expanded into one of Victoria’s most multicultural suburbs, with over 4,000 overseas newcomers moving into the area in 2017 alone.
Harcourts Victoria has opened the new Harcourts Springvale office to seize the opportunity created by the area’s potential to service the growing needs of the community.
Heading up the new office is director Kenny Pham, bringing with him more than 16 years of industry and local experience.
Mr Pham said that he was thrilled to be leading the team “at this exciting time”.
He said that his experience in helping buyers, sellers, landlords and renters from a range of cultural backgrounds will be “particularly beneficial” for those taking their first steps in the Australian property market.
“Families and young professionals are flocking into the up-and-coming area, with an array of great facilities and schools in the area, as well as a welcoming local community spirit,” Mr Pham said.
“We are seeing an exciting influx of people moving to Springvale, both from overseas and the surrounding suburbs.
“It’s a time of growth for the area with major housing developments underway and young couples attracted to the sense of community, vast green spaces and nearby IKEA, Monash Clayton University, good schools and South Health hospitals.”
Mr Pham said that Springvale is providing quality, affordable housing options for those moving from both near and far.
The Springvale Harcourts team of four all have a number of years of experience in local areas, including Springvale South, Noble Park, Keysborough and Clayton South.
With additional migration experience and second languages including Vietnamese and Burmese, the team is looking forward to providing an excellent level of service to clients.
Mr Pham has worked with numerous real estate agencies in the area throughout his career.
