Ray White has opened a new office in one of Melbourne’s most buoyant suburbs, under the leadership of an experienced local veteran of the area.
With more than 16 years’ experience in the industry, Metin Aziret has rebranded his office to Ray White Narre Warren South.
Mr Aziret said the move was the logical next step for his business to continue on its growth path.
“For us to improve, we needed a brand that could support our vision and not only help us move forward but help us identify what we could do better,” Mr Aziret said.
He said that his team was “extremely proud” to be a part of the Ray White brand.
“The Ray White brand gives us strength,” Mr Aziret said.
“The systems and smart use of technology ensure our properties will have the highest level of exposure, resulting in the best possible outcomes for both our vendors and landlords.”
Mr Aziret has lived, studied and worked in the area for 29 years. He said his knowledge of the people in his community and the property market “go hand in hand”.
“My whole team are local, so we can relate to our customers who are mostly young families and first home buyers.
“We’re just like you — we’re working parents going through the same things as you are. I think it’s that emotional connection that helps build that trust with our clients to provide them the best possible outcome.”
Mr Aziret said that he maintains a strong focus on customer service and is passionate about the local community.
“Supporting local charities and schools is ingrained into our team culture. Our sponsorship account is funded by our team, with a contribution coming from every sale we make.”
Ray White Victoria and Tasmania CEO Domenic Belfiore said that he was pleased to welcome Mr Aziret to the Ray White brand.
