Rising boutique network Stone Real Estate has added to its impressive growth record quickly in 2019, opening a new office in Sydney’s southern suburbs to be led by a 20-year industry veteran.

Ray Fadel will open Stone Real Estate Sans Souci in Sydney’s south on Monday, 14 January, bringing almost two decades of solid experience.

Mr Fadel said that Stone is ideally suited to moving forward in the current market.

“Stone is a fresh, clean and progressive brand — exactly what is needed when so many changes have occurred and disruptors emerged in this industry in the past five years,” he said.

“This was the attraction to Stone, whereas other brands are more of a one-size-fits-all.”

Mr Fadel will take his entire team across to Stone. He said that he was excited to expand into surrounding areas for the first time in almost 20 years, thanks to Stone’s “unique business model”.

“The focus can now be put on growing the brand into larger territory as well as leading the team and attracting the best talent,” he said.

“This is more like a partnership than simply joining a traditional firm.”

Mr Fadel anticipates that attracting high-quality salespeople will now be easier.

“While I have led my own team for so many years, large-scale leadership is imperative, and Stone offers that with both mentoring and leadership on hand.”

Stone Real Estate franchising director Luke Cameron said that Mr Fadel’s leadership credentials are unsurpassed in his region.

“We are delighted to have such a strong leader join the team at the start of the year,” Mr Cameron said.

“Ray has maintained his position as the region’s top agent for several years and his solid track record makes him the perfect principal for Stone’s new Sans Souci office.”
