One of Australia’s top agents has joined LJ Hooker Avnu, attracted by innovative technology that is set to reshape the real estate experience.
Michael Coombs has joined LJ Hooker Avnu in Sydney’s Lower North Shore.
Mr Coombs, previously a leading McGrath agent, joins LJ Hooker Avnu with his team of six and more than $100 million in listings.
Mr Coombs said that he found the LJ Hooker Avnu business model compelling.
“There’s no denying there’s an opportunity to consolidate and automate the fractured world of real estate,” Mr Coombs said.
“I believe LJ Hooker Avnu is going to lead this in Australasia and I wanted to be part of it.
“It’s backed by the biggest name in real estate and its platforms are going to give my team and [me] unprecedented efficiency, so we can put our clients in the best position to not only maximise their sale price but also optimise their end-to-end experience.”
Mr Coombs is joined by co-founder Adrian Bridges, who is ranked as an REB Top 100 Agent in 2018.
