Mr Ersan said that Mr Carvalho is known for his calm, patient style.

He said that both he and Mr Stoker are “thrilled” that Mr Carvalho has joined the team.

“We see Matthew as the missing link in our business,” Mr Ersan said.

“Shaun and I have a great hold on the Erskineville and Enmore area, while Matthew services Glebe, Forest Lodge and Camperdown area so well. For us, that’s the Golden Triangle.

“Matthew brings with him years of experience, a great energy and he’s also a great mentor and leader as well. He also shares our similar family values.”

Mr Carvalho said that he has plans to expand the existing business into Glebe, with the “full support” of the Ray White network.

“I know the inner west like the back of my hand and my main areas have always been Glebe, Pyrmont, Camperdown and Forest Lodge,” Mr Carvalho said.

“I have been friends with Ercan Ersan for many years and I have always clicked with him and Shaun Stoker. We are keen to grow our footprint on the other side of Parramatta Road to cover the inner-city fringe in yellow.”

Ray White NSW Blue CEO Jason Andrew said that he was excited about the development.

“We have been looking to deepen our leadership in the inner west for some time now, and Matthew is a clear market leader in this area.

“Matthew is a dynamic operator, joining some of the leading agents in the country, and I cannot wait to see what the future brings.”
